Re: Buzz-Bald?
A buzzcut sounds very Buzz-like to me~ And yeah, a kid Buzz with dozens of thermal hoods playing Space Ranger sounds like the perfect explanation for its existence when he was nine!
Sure doesn't explain why EVILYEAR has it, but still. It works!

Re: Buzz-Bald?
Yeah, what Steel said! I think a buzzcut sounds perfect for Buzz.
Hmm...well, Evil Buzz had a hood on too, right? Maybe he has a buzzcut, too?

Re: Buzz-Bald?
Maybe. But he just wouldn't be Buzz if he didn't have a hood. It's part of who Buzz is!! Bald or not, but most likely bald. I'd probably do a triple take if I was evil Buzz without a hood on in certain episodes.

Re: Buzz-Bald?
I know I would! We connect Buzz with that damn hood now, even as a child, hence seeing him without it, be we talking of childhood, clones or evil counterparts from other worlds, is just not right.
I also just thought of the possibility of him wearing the hood to keep hairs from falling whenever he sneaks around Zurg’s dreadnaught or palace. Of course, that wouldn’t stop skin flakes or whatnot, but… might just be another perk that comes with the hood!

Re: Buzz-Bald?
i say he's got very, very, very short (pretty much completely shaved off) lightbrown hair. or blue, because of Evil buzz's beard. but its got to be pretty short, right?

I kinda drew what i thought he looked like capless. I took the color of his eye brows in toy story and gave him tim allen's hair cut.

Actually if you look at his eyebrows when he first wakes up in the 'Future' in Lost In Time, you can see their a brownish color.

Re: Buzz-Bald?
My thoughts are this:
- He's bald. (the most obvious)
- He has brown hair.
- He accidently glued the hood to his head as a kid and it's a one-size fits all so it just grew with him.
- Know how Zurg was his father in Toy Story 2? Maybe he's part cybernetic and he doesn't want anyone to find out.
(This last one's just a silly joke on the irony of how coincidental it is)
- He's Double Dee (Ed, Edd 'n Eddy) in descuise!

Re: Buzz-Bald?
I always assumed it was brown.
Are you sure that twirl on his chin is a hair? I always thought tjat it was a cartoon trick to depict the roundness of his chin!

Re: Buzz-Bald?
You might be right... I've seen the twirl depicted on other cartoon characters simply for the sake of having something on their chins. It could be a dimple, but not a cleft chin like Cooley. Although I always thought dimples were on cheeks...
Brown makes sense because of Toy Story, blue because of Evilyear, and bald... because he never takes the damn thing off, pretty much.
We'll probably never know the truth.
(Also, welcome to the forum! I'll make you that "support" siggy ASAP~)

Re: Buzz-Bald?
In regards to whether Buzz, Evil!Buzz, and Commander Nebula, while we're there, wear the thermal hoods all the time because they're bald this way, I offer an alternate reason.
- Spoiler:
Re: Buzz-Bald?
SHEPHERD BOOK! 8DD You just made my morning, Rook, I love this show to pieces. <3
But to stay on-topic... yes, yes, this is a hairdo I wholeheartedly can envision for Nebula especially.

Re: Buzz-Bald?
Thanks Steel. YOU just made MY day.
Yes, yes. A thermal cap sounds quite logical. Why in the world he would want to wear one at the age of eight or whenever it was is beyond me.
Food for thought: durong the episode "the crawling flesh," Commander Nebula destroys all of his clothes once he becomes the crawling flesh, and yet, when he returns to being a human, his space-cap is right there with him. Plot bunny? Maybe, maybe not.
