"No, you don't listen, and you don't obey!" He stood. "I'm trying to get you to learn what's best or at least attempt what's best but you only disobey and it ends with you being hurt!"

Jill sighed and sat on the couch. Ed yawned and laid on her lap. Jill looked to the coffee table and saw her baby album. She gently picked it up and looked threw it.

The album had everything, ages six to eight. That included him patching her up after a fight with Renee.

Jill sighed as she rubbed her eyes and looked at the photo of Renee. She had been like a sister to her, and everyone just thought it was okay to replace her like a used part.

The kitten in the picture was sitting by Jill, getting her dirty face washed after the fight. So, they thought this Renee would be the same, but safer, huh?

Buzz came out a short while later, to tell her dinner was finished. He saw her crying and frowned softly. "...are you okay?"

"No!" She snapped, tears running freely. "Because I know how much I really mean to you." She rubbed her eyes. "I'm just some horrible reminder of what you lost, and if something should happen to me, you'd just replace me with another Jill form another universe!"

He looked shocked. "Jill, you know that's not true! I love you. Yes you remind me of your mother, but youre all I have left of her and that makes you even more special."

Renee realized her new home was very empty. Ginger hadn't removed her husband's things from the house, only packed away his clothes. She had done the same for this Renee. She picked at the sandwich that was dinner but ate gratefully. She was thankful for real, native food instead of the vegetarian meals she ate every day in the other universe.

"She doesn't have the same personality!" Jill said, wiping the tears away. "This one's quiet, sweet and willing to join Star Command, our Renee was snarky, out spoken and thought that being a hero aboard a floating death trap was lame!"
