"Oh, its okay Neil," Buzz cradled him gently and went inside to put up the diaper bag. "Mommy just has to go to work. You can have fun with granpy today." He cooed lovingly

Maverick kicked and wrapped his arms around Jonah's arm.

"They're fine," Mary smiled as the kittens got off of the couch and began running around.

Avaric rolled over and hid under the couch. Ha! See if anything mysterious and scary could get him here!

"Come on Neil," Buzz rocked him. Suddenly he had an idea. "Here, lets go look at pictures of mommy." He pulled a scrapbook off the shelf and looked at it with his grandson.

Neil hiccuped and sniffled as he looked at the book his grandfather just open. What was this?

Avaric retreated deeper under the couch. He did not like being pointed out.

"Yeah, he worries me a little." Jonah admitted, setting Maverick down.

"Here, this is your mommy as a baby." Buzz showed Neil, smiling at a picture of Jill.

"The youngest born are always the weirdest in our family." Mary sighed as she remembered Judus at that age.

Neil looked at the photo of a baby girl playing with a rubber ducky in the sink as she got a bath. This wasn't his mommy. This was a little girl.

"But they seem to turn out okay," Jonah smiled and began trying to coax Avaric out from under the couch.

"And here was your mommy when she was at the beach." He smiled, showing her another photo of the little girl playing with a bucket and shovel

Neil looked at the photos oddly. How could this be his mommy? Mommy was older and bigger then this baby.

"And here's when i was little." He pointed to another album that has him as a small child, running around the yard with a plastic space ship and shooting fake lasers

"Ohh no you don't" Mary said playfully as she snatched the kitten up and blew a raspberry on his tummy.

Neil looked at it carefully then flipped the page. He laughed at a image of lil Buzz naked on the rug with his butt in the air. Grampy was funny as a baby.

Avaric squeeled and collapsed into laughter, He kicked and nuzzled her. Hey, maybe this lady wasnt as mean as mommy thought. He squirmed more.

Neil turned back to his mother's book and grabbed a page and ripped it out. Hey! this was fun!

Avaric squeeled. He shrieked with laughter. "No no dwon eat me!" He kicked wildly, rolling around in her lap. Jonah laughed.

Buzz's jaw dropped. He took the page from Neil quickly but gently and put it back in the book, closing it. "Okay, lets not do this anymore."

Buzz tried to take the book back, but not forcefully. "No Neil, lets not hurt the book."

Neil smiled as he ripped a chunk of papers out of the album before handing them to Buzz. Here you go grampy, you can play too!

Avaric laughed. "Oh no no no!" He squirmed, enjoying himself now. Maybe grandma wasnt so bad. This was fun! Why was mommy so scared of her?

Buzz looked at the baby for a moment and tried to put the pages back in order. If he lost the book he could always salvage the pictures.

Mary squeeled and tried to run away, only to be caught. Her grandmother was holding her little namesake tightly despite how much she flailed. Avaric ran away, laughing, and hid under the couch again. This time it was for fun.

Mary giggled excitedly and kicked. She howled with laughter and wrapped her arms around Mary's neck in a loving hug. Well, it was half loving and half stop-rasberrying-me-or-i'll-laugh-to-death.

Buzz took the papers from Neil, looking slightly disgusted, and layed them out. "Don't eat the photo albums, okay buddy?"
