"I'll be back in just a few minutes, i just want to say hello to Ty again." Renee didnt really feel like spending any more time with jill. Her head hurt and she was getting hungry. It felt like everyone was against her. Waling down the hall, she finally came to Ty's cabin and knocked on the door.

Jill sighed a bit. She wasn't mad at Renee. She just wanted her to see the reason on why they were so worried over her.

"Coming." Ty's voice was heard from within the cabin.

When Ty opened the door Renee practically hugged him. "Hey! Ty. buddy it's been so long!" She laughed, feeling better instantly. Her red eyes glowed happily. "I'm back!"

Ty's heart sank when he saw that eye. It was just like...his. He stepped back from the girl with a horrified look on his face. That shade of red still haunted his dreams at night.

Ty had been seeing that eye all summer, and he was still scared of it. Renee looked up at him. "Never mind, knew you wouldnt be glad to see me alive anyway." she started to trudge away

Ty blinked a bit and sighed a bit. "No, Renee, come back I'm sorry." He said as he walked up to the girl and placed a hand on her shoulder. "I AM glad you're alive."

Renee softened a bit. "Thanks, Ty, it's good to think someone other than jill and my dad doesnt wish i was dead." she knew good and well that the rest of team lightyear would have been perfectly happy if she had been killed off.

"Oh that's not true." Ty said soothingly. "Everyone's just on pins and needles lately. They're happy that you're alive." He rubbed her back in comfort.

Renee smiled. "Eh, right, everyone's scared of me." she stood up a little straighter. "But who ever said i couldnt enjoy scaring XR?"

"You always have." Ty joked a bit as he ruffled her hair. The cat had always loved scaring the spark outta the Experimental Ranger.

"Yeah, and speaking of snack chips," Renee licked her lips with a dark chuckle. "Im going to check on my dad then pick up some lunch." she waved to Ty before going back to the medical ward with jill.

Jill had gotten a few batteries from the hospital's gift shop for Renee to snack on. XR was hiding in the broom closet as he avoided Renee for his dear life.

"Thanks," Renee took one and bit into it, sapping up the energy. "I'll go get XR in a little while. You know," She snacked on another. "Im starting to see a difference in brands and such, flavor wise."

"I'll be fine for a little while." Renee wanted to wait for her dad. "I hope he's not to mad at me for letting this happen." She was letting XR get nice and paranoid before she got to him, and wanted to see what Alan thought of her having, for even a short time, a 'second dad'
