"Let my dad go!" Renee ran out again and screamed at Nos.

"Other dad?!" Alan choked in the vampires grip.

"You may have given her life. But I've given her her new transformation." Nos chuckled. He looked down at Renee. "As you wish my little one." He relased Alan and let him fall.

Renee ran over to where Alan had fallen. She looked up at Nos, not sure what to htink of the whole situation. "Dad," She looked at Alan, frowning sadly. "Dad are you okay?"

Alan coughed a bit as he felt a few ribs break from the fall. "I'll live." He coughed a little and a few specks of blood came out. "...hopefully."

"No, no you'll be okay." She promised. "Ive got to get my dad and jill to the medical ward." She told nos. Hoping Alan wouldnt hear, she said; do whatever you want with everyone else." She called a few vampire hornets to carry her dad and jill into the medical ward, where it was still quiet. "You guys are going to be okay, i swear." she looked at jill.

"He'll be FINE." Renee assured, not totally postive herself. "When has your dad ever lost to a baddy?' She wass trying to be positive for jill but it didnt mae any difference whatsoever to her what happened to lightyear.

Jill didn't look impressed. "You're still protecting him." She hissed. "You're still protecting him?! After what he did to your father?!" She motion to a trembling Alan. "What is WRONG with you?!"

"I told you I cant HELP IT!" Renee almost screamed. "Do you know what it's like to have him in your head twenty-four seven, telling you what you can and cant do, for this long?!" She put her paws over her ears manically. "I cant do a thing about it." She wanted her dad to be okay, for jill to be okay.

"You can fight it!" Jill snapped angrly. "You can get rid of that damn monicle and get a diffrent eye. An eye he hasn't had the chance to infect and bug!" She sucked air threw her teeth as the pain hurt her more. "How about helping us stop the monster that nearly killed your dad!" She spat.

"It's deeper than that." Renee tried to explain. "I couldnt get rid of it if i wanted," She pointed to her forearms, which were encased in metal. "these used to be those little bitty bands the LGMs installed. His nanites are everywhere in me." She wanted to be straightforward about how it couldnt be stopped, for her own sake almost. the cat felt unbelievably selfish.

"So you saved your dad and me." Jill hissed as the numbing pain in her back worsen. "At least you'll still have both of your parents when all this is over. My Dad is all I have left."

Renee went pale. she had forgotten about that. "How am I suppowed to stop him?!" She let the vampire hornets drop her dad and friend off in the medical ward, where grubs immediately began recharging jill's implants and taking X-rays on Alan.

"You know him better then anyone! You know his weak spots and achillies heel!" Jill snapped. "Use your hard headed ness to stop him!" Meanwhile Nos was grinning at a beaten Buzz.

"Well Lightyear, looks like you've come to the end of the road."

Renee shook her head and backed up a few steps. "Ill see what I can do." she ran up the corridor and back outside.

"Evil never wins!" Buzz growled something he had always believed to be true. His lip was busted and there was a long, streaking bruise that led up to his blackened eye.

"Nos!" Renee caame up behind them

"Ah, yes little one?" He purred happily. "Come to watch me end Lightyear's life once and for all?" He grinned happily. Buzz spat blood from his mouth as he glared at Renee. "Could you be a dear and bring me his whelp of a child, I want her to be the last thing he sees."

"No. no I wont." Renee crossed her arms. "If you're going to hurt him do it on your own time. Right now we're at" She almost said zurg's but remembered it had changed. "My palace and you're not killing any of the lightyears here." Her lip quievered. She knew that could have very well bought her a direct trip into the grave.

Nos let Buzz go as he glared at Renee. "WHAT did you say to me?" He hissed. "May I remind you who your dark master is?" He moved closer to her. "YOU obey ME. It is not the other way around, little one."

Renee twitched weakly but stood her ground. There was a familiar feeling of deja vu in the air- of the day when he first tried to kill her at the theatre. "I said you wait until i dont have anything to do with it." She hissed, swallowing the fear.

Nos glared at her darkly. "How about I drain your energy, and kill off your friends as you watch while slowly dying?" He hissed as he went to bite her. A shot from a lazer shot him from the back as it hit his weak spot. The energy vampire slowly shut down as Renee looked up. Buzz had his hand on his lazer and was pointing it in her direction.

Renee felt even worse when master hit the floor. almost as bad, possibly, as when he had dropped alan. She saw buzz pointing the laser at her. "Uh, buzz..." She backed up fearfully. "I just saved your life, so if you could, um, drop the laser?"

Buzz panted a little as he got up weakly. "Renee. Where's. My. Daughter?" He hissed threw his teeth as he turned the laser off. He knew the girl couldn't help it. He knew she was under mind control. But he also knew she was going to be made into a fur coat if his Jillie was hurt.

"I took her to the medical ward. He drained her armor but she should be okay." Renee sighed. "But my dad's the real concern." she left the unconcious vampire and ran down the hall back to the medical ward.

"How is he?" Renee demanded at a brain pod, who was looing over Alan

Buzz glared at the robot on the ground and pointed his laser at Nos's head. the sound of metal exploding was heard.

"He'll live." the pod responed. "After surgery."

Renee flinched and felt sick to her stomach. It could be repaired.... it could always be repaired... she thought, even now considering repairing the vampire. She hoped he would forgive her.

"WHAT?!" the cat put a hand on her father's chest. "What surgery?!"
