Kidnapper Babysitter

Buzz walked threw the halls of Star Command proudly. And why wouldn't he have? He was the best of the best and the pride of the space station. He smiled as the other rangers greeted him and waved hello as he passed by. Finally reaching the command center he saluted Commander Nebula.

"Buzz Lightyear, reporting for duty." Nebula turned to the ranger and grinned.

"Hey there Buzz." His moustache twitched. "Ready for your mission?" Buzz grinned a little sheepishly at the commander.

"Actually sir, I need a favor..." Nebula raised an eyebrow before noticing a small shadow by Buzz's legs. His gruff demetor turned into a somewhat happy one when a toddler poked her head out from behind Buzz.

"Hello there sweetheart." Nebula waved to Jillian Lightyear, the pride of the pride of Star Command. "What favor do you need, Buzz?"

"I...kinda need to take Jillie with me on my next mission." Buzz smiled nervously. "I can't find another babysitter." The little girl toddled over to Nebula and smiled up at him. He scooped her up in his arms.

"Well, as long as you keep her in the ship I guess its okay." The commander smiled at Jill.

Jill gave a bubbled laugh as she grabbed his nose. It was a begining trend with the toddler who just learned to walk.

"That'll be hard..." Buzz said as he rubbed his neck. "She's been getting out of everything lately. Her crib, highchair, playpen, tub, stroller, on the way here she got out of her car seat three times."

He frowned and passed her back. "I'm sure it will be alrigjt Buzz. This mission is cake."

"I hope so." Buzz smiled as he held Jill close to him. Nebula smiled and ruffled the little girl's hair causing her to squeal in delight.

"Show yer old man that you can hold yer own out there, Lightyear junior." He smirked as Buzz left to meet up with Warp.

"Warp. Leave the female cadets alone." Buzz sighed as he walked up to the two. The young girl squealed and began to coo over Jill. Buzz let her hold his daughter as he talked to Warp.

"What's Light-bite doing here?" Warp asked as he looked to Buzz in surprise. Buzz NEVER brought Jill to the launch pads.

"My Nana couldn't watch her because of a meeting with some friends and Maude, Tip's on vacation with his family, and you know I don't trust Dorthy not to run off with her." Buzz explained why none of his family or in-laws could watch his little treasure.

He rolled his eyes. "So were taking her with us?"

"Yes." Buzz said as he took his daughter from the cadet and walked onto 42. He strapped her in and sat down at the captain's chair before taking off. "Trust me Warp. You won't even know she's here." He smiled at his partner.

"I dought that Lightyear." Warp smirked as Jill was now sitting on his lap, her carseat empty.

"Aw, darnit Jill!" Buzz snapped. Be buckled her back in.

Jill made little whinning noises as he buckled her in. She looked at him sadly with big blue eyes as if to say 'But I wanna see what's happening up there, Daddy.'.

Jill pouted as he did so. Drat! Buzz sat into his chair and drove for a bit before Warp tapped his shoulder.

"Uh- Buzz boy?" Buzz sighed.

"She's in your lap again...isn't she?" Warp shook his head no.

"She got pudding, THEN got in my lap again." Warp smirked a bit as a chocolate covered Jill was smiling at Buzz.

He sighed and got up. "Bad-bad Jilly, go sit." He got up to buckle her in again.

Jill started to cry as he was about to sit her in her carseat, and only stopped when he held her. Warp chuckled a little.

"Looks like she's giving you no option there Buzz."

Buzz went to strap her in, when she let out a scream so loud, it could be heard back at star command.

"She'll learn, huh?" Warp teased as a bubbly Jill sat on Buzz's lap as he flew.

"Yeah, how to play you like a fiddle." Warp murmered under his breath as Buzz shot him a dirty look. Jill was happily giggling as she slapped the dash board. This was fun! There were shinny things to press and the pretty stars going past them!

Jill happily grabbed his hand and munched on it. Buzz sighed as he got her baby bag and gave her a teething ring.

"Kiddo's teething, walking, and playing you? Geeze what can't she do?" Warp smiled as he ruffled the girl's hair.
