"Dirty Work" Observations Empty "Dirty Work" Observations

It occurred to me today that there were some pretty cool homages to Pixar and Lucasfilm in the episode.

The first observation I made about the homages is very subtle, but if replay the scene where Sally is taking orders from Team Lightyear a few times, you can hear Sally repeating the order, and one of the things TL ordered was a "Pixar-ian patty melt". Pretty cool, huh? It sounds like a nice homage to the people who gave life to Buzz himself. Smile

The second observation is more noticeable, but it's still nice all the same. At the scene where the team and Professor Triffid split up, the professor wishes Buzz and Booster good luck by saying, "May the force of nature be with you." Sounds familiar to the Force from Star Wars, methinks. Wink

Pretty cool, huh? Smile
