Hmm...it could be just the way her face and hair are shaped that makes her look like Mira. I wonder if the artist is a fan of the show?

I don't know but apparently the character pictured is from another t.v. show made by Disney and its called The Adventures of Tarzan or something like that. Anyway the character is called Queen La and I first saw a vid with her and was like O_o she has some of the same facial expressions as Mira

Hmm...well, it COULD be possible that whomever came up with the character design for Queen La in the "Tarzan" series, also came up with the character design for Mira. (shrugs)
