Renee slammed her chin on the desk painfully. "Well, not you." she got up and rubbed it. "And unless you want me to call HIM to see if he'll throw me a party you better tell." Sshe smirked. No one knew he had control over her, but it was still fun to use the vampire as a threat.

"Oh, imaginary is he?" Renee chuckled. She dropped it before someone went digging on what really happened and sat down in an office chair. "I could always tell Myka you're not interested, after all." That should get jill to break. She knew how much the two liked eachother.

"What are you my dad? Hoping to break me up with the closes thing to a relationship I've had?" Jill smirked as she continued to work. The word DAD seemed to get Renee thinking. If Myka wasn't a big enough threat to the girl, she had to go up one. She grinned wickedly at Jill.

"Or I could tell your dad that you are getting a little too close to Myka." renee waved a hand absently and leaned back in the chair. "Anything I say about it he would believe." The girl smirked.

Jill blushed a bit at this but quickly regained her composure. "He knows me and Myka as beginning a relationship." She snapped. "So keep your little whiskers outta it!" She did NOT need Renee embarrassing her too! It was bad enough Buzz was humilating her every chance he got.

"For the last time, you actually need friends in order to get a party." Jill snapped. She was NOT going to reveal the surprise party. She gave her word and promised not to spill anything. And she was going to keep that promise.

Jill sighed as she stabbed the pad of paper with her pen. "Renee I didn't mean that." She crossed her arms and placed them on the desk. "Look, go talk to XL. The little guy was just in here wondering what you'd like for your birthday, maybe he knows if someone's planning you anything."

The cat chucked. "Thanks." It she had felt bad for a second- 'you dont have any friends' was something she had heard often after getting back to school. People, in exception for Jonah and Alexia, had pushed her further off than ever. She was wondering what she wanted too- maybe something nice to wear back to Zephyrr and show off? A collar, She thought, Might be nice.

Jill felt terrible for using the 'you actually need friends' line, but she didn't want to reveal anything about the surprise party to Renee. XL was working so hard on it, and it wouldn't be fair to him to ruin it just because the girl was getting nosey.

"Dont worry, I wont get him to tell if its that important." Renee nodded and went out to find the fax machine. She was still having some serious conflict on who she liked batter- the photocopier who cold never know her past or the snake who would follow her anywhere?

Judus hummed a little as he walked down the hall with a box of medical supply. Unbenounced to him, XL was waiting in the shadown, rubbing his hands together. Soon the snake would fall into his billiantly planed trap. Judus stopped as he saw a box proped up with a stick, with a plate of what looked like grain with a sign sticking out of it reading 'Snake Fud. Good. So eat it already!' He raised an eyebrow at this.

Renee came down the hall and saw Judus looking at a plate with a little sign on it. she raised an eyebrow, wondering what on earth it was. "whats this?" she bent down and plucked the sign up. Before judus answered she piced up the plate and piced a peice of the grain up in her claw.

"Aha!" XL yelled as he pulled a string that whipped the stick away as the box flopped on the ground. XL looked at the two standing there, then at his failed cardboard box trap. He pointed to Judus. "You were suppost to be under there." He said.

Renee started laughing crazily. It was so funny to think that this, XL, had designed things like the laser mirror trap with Commander Nebula and the canon. But, as it had been said, he was always one step behind. Right now that one step was judus on the evolutionary chain. "Good try anyway, hotbot." she smiled and patted him on the head.

"What is this bird seed?" Judus asked as he looked at the grains.

"Yeah you were suppost to eat it!" XL grumbled. Renee looked at him a bit confused. Did he not understand what snakes ate in general, and how would eating the grains add into this trap any-

"Are...are these needles?" Judus asked as a shark needle was shown buried under all the seeds.

Renee looed at the needle. She chuckled again. "I would have reccomended razor blade steaks," She looked at the bot. "not birdseed and needles." Judus frowned- who was she defending here. "but nice try anyway." she took the plate and dumped it into a garbage can. "Especially with that cardboard box. Wouldve never found my way out of there." She laughed.

Judus looked down at the tiny box. It would barely hold his head. He sighed a bit as he continued to walk down the hall with the medical supply. 'At least he's not digging anymore holes.' Judus thought.

Renee followed Judus down the hall and felt a twinge of guilt. she had just been poking fun. But, she still liked XL. "Why do you try so hard to get rid of him?" She asked, turning on her 'mom' attitude. "Feel like you're not getting enough attention?"
